Do you offer a guarantee on your work?

Yes, we offer a 100% guarantee on all of our work. If there’s anything you’re not happy with, just let us know. We will happily carry out the job again, or refund you your money.

Do you really use only 'green' cleaning solutions?

Yes. All of the products we use are organic and environmentally-friendly. Our Green Depot cleaning solutions contain no toxins, and just as effective against grime and dirt as traditional products, whilst being gentle on your rug. Our green cleaning solutions protect your children and pets’ health and are also kind to the planet.

What kind of rugs do you repair and restore?

We repair and restore all kinds. Whether it’s silk, wool, Persian, jute or synthetic we can deal with it. We will use the method most appropriate to your rug, bearing in mind its specific needs. Whether your rug is small or large, costly or of sentimental value, we will give it top care.

What kind of stains can you remove?

All kinds. Chocolate, red wine, coffee, grease, oil, and juice to name but a few. We are also very experienced at eradicating pet stains from rugs.

Will you work on my rug at home?

No, we have a factory in NY, where we take all of our rugs. We will clean, repair and restore them there. But to make things as easy as possible for you, we offer a free pick-up and return delivery service.

Are you bonded and insured?

We are fully bonded and insured, in order to give you complete peace of mind and to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.

My rug looks faded and dull. What can I do?

We can use a number of deep-cleaning methods, which will bring the vigor and fresh look back to your special piece. We are also experts when it comes to color bleeding.

My rug has been subject to water damage? Can it be saved?

Yes, if quick action is taken. We will inspect the rug, clean it and then remove the excess moisture using special dehumidifying techniques. In the majority of cases, your rug can be saved.

How long will it take you to treat my rug?

Of course, this will vary from situation to situation but, in general, it should be between 7-10 days, from start to finish.
