We guarantee the safe handling of your rug and complete repair should any damages occur as a result of the cleaning or restoration process.

We guarantee that any spots, traffic marks or correctable stains on your rug will be removed and the rug be cleaned up to par with top industry standards.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our work we will return and inspect the rug on your premises. Should the technician decide that the problem is yet correctable or was somehow caused by the cleaning process, the rug is then picked up once more and brought for inspection at our cleaning facility.
